The suggester wrote this, which touched me as much as the piece of artwork did, "There's a lot in this artist's gallery that is beautiful but this one caught my eye most when i got to the page. I think there is plenty here making it deserving of a DD. As soon as i saw this i couldn't get over just how beautiful it really was. The skills i see here with paint is something i hope one day I'd be able to achieve and just inspires me. The night colors are gorgeous and the amazing textures in the sky and in their fur makes you feel like your sitting right with them. More so, i just love how the joey is sitting in his mother's pouch. It really brings out the bonding between them i thought. And frankly, and i don't know if it's just me, but i don't see all that many kangaroo anthro so this was a pleasant sight just because i thought they were so well done and it seemed refreshing to me. not to mention i don't often see many anthro in the DD section and I'd so love to see more even if I'm not a very big fan myself. The piece was just stunning to me. i don't know this person in the least but i really felt compelled to suggest when i saw his/her artwork."
